Rachel grew up in Sumner County and keeps the office side running. She collects the details on each call, lines up inspections around the weather and makes sure every homeowner knows what happens next.

Foundation Repair Field Lead
Marcus leads repairs on site and has a particular interest in crawl spaces, where support posts, beams and moisture control all have to work together. On weekends he is usually out on a boat on Percy Priest Lake.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and gathering basic information about the house, the symptoms and when they began. Next we arrange an inspection, then explain our findings, the proposed repair, materials, expected cost and any limitations that may affect the result. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, the work uncovers additional damage or an engineer's input changes the plan, we talk to you before any additional work is approved.
